For K81 Villa, we wanted to create a home with a quiet sense of permanence — one that feels considered from the outset, yet has room to evolve with the family over time. The interiors are shaped by natural materials, shifting daylight and a restrained architectural language that supports everyday life rather than competing with it. Oak, travertine, marble and stainless steel are layered throughout the house to create warmth, depth and continuity. At its centre, a sculptural staircase anchors the interior, connecting the three levels both spatially and visually. The result is a calm, refined home defined less by statement gestures than by proportion, materiality and an atmosphere that will continue to gain character with age.
